Here’s another green bean label, this time by Red Moon. This was made in the 1920s-1930s in Baltimore, Maryland. The lithographer was Simpson & Doeller. To give you a little more perspective, the label is 4.25″ x 11″. You can buy this one for your collection on Etsy.

J.H.Hale Fruit Catalogs, 1897
The blue ad seems pretty creative for its time in that the image wraps around the cover, creating intrigue that urges the consumer to flip it over. It was pretty out-of-the-box thinking compared to what everyone else was doing in the late 1800s.
